Designing wine programs is the core of our business. Tell us what type of wines you would like to produce and we will create a customized winemaking protocol for each wine, from harvest to bottling, to ensure you capture the attention of your customers and retailers

Establishing tasting notes for possible back-label printing and tasting sheets for tasting room personnel and press releases. $250/label (discounts available for multiple labels). We require 2 bottles of each wine to be evaluated. Chemical analysis are available upon request for additional fee (at cost) 

Wine analysis can sometime be a little cryptic. We provide clarity and a course of action to follow if needed for a very reasonable fee

$5,000 one-time fee per wine + travel expenses (at cost). If the blend’s total production exceeds 10,000 cases, an additional fee of 1-3% of that blend’s sales will be charged (contact us for Pricing Schedule details)

Nondisclosure Guarantee: Our blending consultation services are 100% confidential. We will not disclose the nature  and scope of the services provided. The master distiller or winemaker retains all credit for making the wines.

$5,000 initiation fee to start the design process (TO BE DEVELOPED)

With the scarcity of technical and vocational winemaking and viticultural schools in the US, it is often difficult to train and retain employees.

We can offer dedicated and customized training sessions for your crew starting at $750  for a 2-hour training seminar on a variety of technical subjects.

We offer consulting services to wine and spirits collectors. We can assist wine collectors in acquiring, managing, and maintaining their wines and  spirits collection, including how to design your own cellar.

The service is billed at our hourly rate of $100 or a flat rate can be negotiated. This fee is not inclusive of traveling expenses and the  cost of wine.
